This section defines the available payment methods, billing rules, and invoice issuance procedures for orders placed on italiaModa.pl, operated by FASHION GROUP POLAND MADEJSKI General Partnership (ul. dr Jerzego Lutza 26, 05-092 Dąbrowa, VAT ID: 5242913942). The store operates in a B2B model.

Available Payment Methods

1. Przelewy24 – fast online payments (cards, BLIK, quick transfers).
2. Traditional bank transfer – to the Seller’s bank accounts (PLN / EUR) listed below.
3. Cash on delivery – if available for the selected delivery method and address (InPost / courier via Apaczka.pl).

Payment Deadlines and Rules

• Orders paid online via Przelewy24 must be completed within 30 minutes of placing the order – after that, the order may be automatically canceled.
• For traditional bank transfers, processing begins after the payment has been credited to the Seller’s account.
• Retention of title: goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received (Art. 589 of the Polish Civil Code).
• Minimum order value: 300 PLN net (excluding shipping costs).

Proforma Invoice and Payment Verification

1. Upon request, we issue a proforma invoice – valid until the date indicated on the document. Once paid, the order is processed.
2. When making a transfer, please include the order or proforma number in the payment title to speed up verification.

Electronic Invoices and Adjustments

• Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the email address associated with the Client’s account.
• Changing buyer details after an invoice has been issued is possible only in accordance with applicable regulations (corrective note / correction invoice).
• In the case of returns accepted by the Seller, the corresponding correction document will be issued.

EU – Intra-Community Supply (0% VAT, VIES)

Outside the EU – Export 0% VAT

1. For exports outside the EU, applying the 0% VAT rate requires the Seller to obtain export confirmation (e.g., IE-599 message) within the statutory period.
2. Until confirmation is received, the Seller may issue an invoice including VAT and later issue a correction to 0% upon receiving export documents.

Currencies, Exchange Rates and Transfer Fees

• Transactions are conducted by default in PLN, or in EUR if agreed otherwise.
• For international transfers, all bank fees are borne by the Client (recommended option: OUR).
• Currency conversions use rates applied by the processing banks or – if agreed – the NBP exchange rate table for the relevant day.

Payment Delays and Interest

1. In the event of delayed payment, the Seller may charge statutory interest for late payment in commercial transactions and recover collection costs.
2. The Seller reserves the right to suspend further orders until outstanding payments are settled.

• Online payments are processed by the trusted operator Przelewy24 with SSL/TLS encryption.

Final Provisions

1. The Seller may update payment and invoicing terms – the version published on the website on the order date applies.
2. In matters not regulated herein, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
