Below are the rules and estimated delivery times for shipments handled by InPost and via the Apaczka.pl platform (carriers including DPD, DHL). The italiaModa.pl store operates under a B2B model. Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed in the shopping cart and may vary depending on weight, dimensions, order value, and destination.

Order Processing Time
- Standard order preparation time is 1–2 business days after payment is credited or order acceptance is confirmed.
- In case of temporary stock shortages, large orders, or custom requests, the time may extend up to 7 business days – we will notify you by email.
- The processing time does not include the carrier’s delivery time.
Domestic Deliveries (Poland)
Domestic shipments are handled by InPost (courier / parcel locker) and carriers available via Apaczka.pl (including DPD, DHL). Available methods and prices are displayed in the cart – based on weight, dimensions, and address.
- Delivery time: usually 24–48 hours after dispatch (business days).
- Available options: InPost Courier, InPost Parcel Locker, DPD/DHL Courier (via Apaczka.pl).
- Payments: Przelewy24, traditional bank transfer, cash on delivery (if available for the selected method and address).
- Size limits: parcel lockers have dimensional and weight limits – exceeding them will switch the method to courier delivery.
European Union (EU) Deliveries
- Orders are fulfilled via carriers available through Apaczka.pl (e.g. DPD, DHL) – the optimal operator is selected automatically for best price/time.
- Delivery time: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and local procedures).
- 0% VAT (ICS): for EU buyers with a valid EU VAT number (verified in VIES), and when ICS conditions are met, a 0% VAT invoice is issued. Otherwise, the domestic VAT rate applies.
- Shipping costs and method availability are calculated in the cart after entering the delivery address and order details.
Deliveries Outside the EU (Export)
- Shipments are handled via carriers available on Apaczka.pl (e.g. DHL Express, DPD) – availability and cost depend on the destination country.
- Delivery time: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch (excluding customs clearance time).
- Default delivery terms: DAP – customs duties, import taxes, and local fees in the destination country are paid by the Client. An EORI number may be required.
- Export 0% VAT: application requires the Seller to hold export confirmation (e.g. IE-599) within the statutory deadline; until then, the Seller may issue an invoice with VAT and correct it to 0% after receiving export documents.
Shipping Cost Calculation Rules
- The shipping cost is dynamically calculated in the cart based on weight, dimensions, number of packages, order value, and destination.
- For non-standard or bulk orders, the cost may require manual verification – we will contact you by email.
- If the selected delivery method is unavailable for the given address or package size, we will propose an alternative option and updated delivery cost.
Surcharges, Dimensions, and Pallet Shipments
- Exceeding parcel locker or standard courier limits may result in an additional size surcharge or conversion to courier/pallet shipping.
- For large orders, we use pallet shipments; the cost is calculated individually based on carrier rates.
- Additional surcharges may apply for remote delivery areas, re-deliveries, undeliverable returns, or customs/administrative fees (for non-EU destinations).

Important Notes and Transport Liability
- Upon delivery, please check the package in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, fill out a report, take photos, and contact us immediately at info@italiamoda.pl.
- If the carrier is selected by the Client, the risk of accidental loss/damage passes to the Client once the package is handed to the carrier.
- Delivery times are indicative and may change due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, customs delays, shipping peaks).
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions About Delivery
- Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes, if the orders have not yet been shipped. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. - Can I arrange my own courier?
Yes, the Client may use their own carrier upon prior arrangement regarding pickup time and documentation (delivery note/invoice). - Do you ship on weekends?
Shipments are usually dispatched Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries are available only in selected areas by prior arrangement. - How can I track my shipment?
After dispatch, we send an email with a tracking number and link to InPost or Apaczka.pl tracking system. - What if my package hasn’t arrived?
If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact info@italiamoda.pl – we will initiate a carrier investigation. - Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, as long as the shipment has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, address changes may be impossible or subject to carrier fees.
